Advanced Questions Practice For CAE Students C1 – C2
This is a lesson using advanced questions in speaking as an activity for CAE students.
A cut-up sheet of 25 questions lets students discuss a range of life experiences and situations, and express their opinions.
This lesson not only reinforces advanced grammar and vocabulary but also helps students express opinions, compare experiences, and justify ideas, which are key skills for high-level exam tasks.
It is a suitable activity for both CAE and BEC Higher students.
Throw the cards on the table and let each student choose a card in turn. Set a time limit of perhaps one minute for each response, and allow one or two follow-up questions from other students.
